The Zebra OneCare Select Support Service provides access to an advanced level of technical support and repair service driven by the urgency that our end users require.
Under Zebra OneCare Select customers receive 24x7 telephone technical support (English Only) as well as advance replacement of their device. Zebra OneCare Select customers will benefit from an included enhanced reporting dashboard. Please refer to the FAQ section for further details.

- Device Diagnostic Service Easy to use on device application that will provide customers and help desk representatives with quick access to key device status information for ease of troubleshooting.
- Service Reporting Dashboard (Included with Zebra OneCare Select. Optional service for Zebra OneCare Essential)
- Customer will be granted on-line access to reports that provide repair status which include unit identification location condition and repair history of their Zebra assets.
- User Assessment and Learning Service An on-line assessment questionnaire that helps customers evaluates the adoption of the technology/solution across their devices with recommendations for additional learning opportunities.
