Zebra OneCare Essential customers will be able to build additional insight into their device support operation by procuring an optional reporting dashboard. The online tool provides customers with individual device repair metrics as well as consolidated charts providing repair tracking status.

- Device Diagnostic Service Easy to use on device application that will provide customers and help desk representatives with quick access to key device status information for ease of troubleshooting.

- Customer will be granted on-line access to reports that provide repair status, which include unit identification, location, condition, and repair history of their Zebra assets.
