Requesting an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation)

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service through providing quality equipment to our valued customers.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept any request for a return within 5 days of receipt of equipment purchased from Bmobile.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted by Bmobile without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

To obtain an RMA, please contact Bmobile Support at support@bmobile.co.nz or 0508 266 245.

An RMA for an exchange or a return for credit must be approved prior to issuance of the RMA to the customer.

An RMA for a warranty return must be approved prior to issuance of the RMA to the customer.

This RMA number MUST be clearly labelled on the exterior packaging of the returned merchandise, or the return may be refused.
