The Pay As You Go service is provided as a Software As A Service model (SaaS) which offer significant benefits including lower initial costs.  SaaS applications are subscription or 'rental' based. This means more access to more powerful software services at lower initial costs.

SaaS applications are available from any computer or any device—anytime, anywhere you have an internet
connection and a PC or laptop. By now, most people are familiar with using the Internet, SaaS software allows access from home, multiple branch offices or anywhere in the world.
